The reason people seek help is because we want change. We go to our family members, doctors, teachers, priests or somebody we look up to for some guidance. Some things are easy to change, while most can be challenging at times. It can be anything: habits, behavior, perspective, mood or lifestyle.

People are actually scared of change. Excuses may vary from not being ready to let go of their old habits (smoking, perhaps?) or simply they don’t believe change will ever happen in their lives (ganito nalang talaga ako, wala na pag-asa ito.)
When I say excuses, it means that whatever your reasons are, time will come for you that you will want badly to grow!
Well Du30 did said #changeiscoming right? Is it?
Well I have news for you: After doing the exercise below, you will feel more comfortable of the word CHANGE.
Let’s make it a game shall we?
Let me show you a simple exercise, so simple you can try this at home.
There are just two questions:
1. How are you now?
2. How do you want to be?
Now, the space in between numbers 1 and 2, your are now actually thinking of different resolutions to get to answer question #2, right? Can you note down around three resolutions anywhere ( a piece of paper, your cell phone, your computer…)
Done so? Good job!!
So again, answer the question out loud: How do you want to be?
As you work on your resolutions, baby steps at a time, you will just soon feel that things are different, not as bad or as difficult as before.
So how do you feel now? You are just amazing.
